In May 2022, Mary May hosted an elderflower champagne making course in Walk, Armagh Road. Willie Brennan brought the attendees around to look for elderflower and explained how to see it and the different between good and bad elderflower.
Mary carried out a lovely demonstration with her assistant Mark and all the attendees took part with some hands-on activities in preparing the elderflower mix. Looking forward to tasting the fruits of the labour in a few weeks.
